Instructor - Gethin Down

I started to train in the internal arts in 2012, after seeing a poster in my local shop.  After attending my first few sessions in Tai Chi and Kung Fu, I quickly became obsessed with the Lee family internal arts system. Since attending  classes, my physical and mental health and wellbeing have greatly improved, and this has inspired me to want to pass on the art, and it’s positive effects on to other students.  In addition to the Lee style internal arts, I also practice Yoga, Aikido, and take part in other general fitness activities.
